What is the status of recruiting in Asia and especially China? What are the labour trends, demographics and economic indicators that are shaping the direction of recruiting? What is the common model of recruitment and are the pressures on bringing recruiting inside the organization or are they forcing a move to outsourcing? How has the internet made an impact?

Kevin will discuss all of these questions and add his own thoughts. He will also incorporate the thinking of several Asian recruiters who work in large organizations. At the end of this presentation you will have a good overview of the strategic and tactical direction your recruiting function needs to think about to be successful in Asia.
